Pet Policy
We love your furry friends! There is a one-time non-refundable $500 pet fee for 1st pet and $250 for the 2nd pet, and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. There is a maximum of 2 pets per residence with a combined 75lb weight limit. Aggressive breeds (purebred and/or any mixed form) are not allowed. These breeds include, but are not limited to: American Staffordshire Terrier, Dalmatian, Pitbull, Siberian Husky, Chow, Doberman, and Rottweiler.
Greatly located community with incredible amenities! Just walking into the place gives you the feeling of being inside a 5 star resort. My experience with management was incredible. Great customer service skills, I was made to fell like a VIP through the leasing process.

We moved in right when they opened the building on October 1st and we have loved living here! Love the amenities, maintenance staff and management is always so polite and professional. So far so good, definitely recommend checking this place out!
